Here you will find all the information you need to commission me.I use PayPal and Ko-Fi for paymentDetails
~ I use Ibis Paint X as a digital art program for a majority of my work~ I use varied devices such as a Legion 5 or an HP pavilion with a Wacom Intuos Small Pro, a Samsung Tab S6 and a Samsung Tab pen~ I have experience with Firealpaca, Clip Studio Paint, Medibang, Krita, MS paint, Ibis Paint X and Photoshop~I am self taught, have been learning digital and traditional artwork for more than 15 years and have had a lot of experience.Disclaimers:
▪︎ I have a right to refuse service or cancel a commission if I have not yet been paid▪︎Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated by any means.Payment details:▪︎ Payment expected within 65hrs once artwork is finished▪︎You may use any currency, but GBP is very much preferred▪︎ Payment is preferred after the painting is finished▪︎ There WILL be a fee if you cancel once i have done the sketch, and you will have to pay the fee within a week. Half price must be paid for if cancelled during the linework/coloring.Client Obligations:▪︎Please do send clear reference images of what you would like me to draw, preferably multiple▪︎ Pose suggestions/references are also preferred, you may sketch it out with a stickman or send me any kind of reference i may use▪︎ Please do respond in a timely fashion▪︎ Please make sure to give me any important details and to not miss any, I will not take responsibility for missing out something you failed to mention.What to expect?▪︎ Depending on the purchase, you will recieve a ZIP file through your Email containing:
Multiple, high-quality versions of the drawing(s) in categorized folders
A .TXT thank-you note with details and info
A PSD file only you can access.Progress & Work details▪︎ Depending on the paintings details and complexity, it may take between a day or a week, months if i am struggling with something personal▪︎I will show various WIP's during the commission process▪︎ There will be a fee if you expect a very specific deadline.Revisions & Checkups▪︎ Extreme revisions are obligatory during the sketch stage▪︎ Extreme revisions once the drawing is finished is prohibited, and will only allow very, VERY minor changes▪︎Revisions during the linework and coloring stage are complicated, but not prohibited
.Copyright & Usage policy▪︎ I retain the rights over any commissioned works.▪︎ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.▪︎ The final product is for personal use, you may use it in streams, videos, profile pictures, banners and so on. Commercial use is prohibited unless purchased▪︎ You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.▪︎ For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.▪︎ Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially..
You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:▪︎Print the work for personal use.▪︎Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.▪︎Use the artwork as reference for a study.▪︎Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible..You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:▪︎Claim the artwork as yours.▪︎Remove my watermark/signature.▪︎Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.▪︎Color in my sketches or lineart.▪︎Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.▪︎Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me..Refunds & Cancellation▪︎Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.▪︎You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.▪︎I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
